At Onnmore, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.
Cancellation by Customer
Services: To cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 3 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 99 INR.
Consulting Appointments: Consulting appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 99 INR.
Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation and the terms outlined above.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Onnmore
In rare cases, Onnmore may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the service at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
